Our commitment to quality service sets us apart from all others. We listen and respond to your needs putting you first and foremost. This aspect of our business is why our client base continues to grow. We are not only helping former clients but their children buy and sell homes as well.
Our goal is to make the process of buying or selling a home as seamless and stress free as possible.
Colleen has a passion for helping seniors go through the process of downsizing or moving to another place in order to receive more care. She has done this numerous times with the clients she has met through real estate. Sunnyside Senior Transition Services was born out of this passion. As a National Association of Senior Move Managers member, Colleen can handle and manage the entire process from helping her client decide what facility might suit them the best, to organizing the home and preparing for the move, donating, disposal and sales of items, transfer of accounts, setting up the future residence and finally selling the home if that’s the case. It becomes an all in one package.
President and Founder of Trotter Technologies, Senior Vice President of sales and Marketing for Rainmaker Systems, President of Mobile Airwaves and World Wide Vice President of Sales and Marketing for GlobalWare. 12 years in the real estate industry. Our Credentials and Memberships
Steve and Colleen are both licensed realtors. BRE#’s 01477571/2. Colleen is also an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). We give complimentary staging reviews with every listing. She is also a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) helping seniors make the early or later stage transition from home to the various facilities needed. Our Community Involvement
With our previous venture, Junk King, we were awarded the 2015 Good Samaritan Award for excelling in helping our local community. We had over 40 charities we donated to on a regular basis. We would send our trucks out for free to help veterans, homeless camps, and low income seniors remove their unwanted garbage. It was a very fulfilling position in our community. At present Colleen is running the Lake Wildwood Lady Golfers Pink Ribbon Tournament to be held October 4th. All proceeds will benefit the Sierra Nevada Memorial Foundation for breast cancer.
