Sunnyside Senior Transition Services is a professional organization who specializes in assisting older adults and their families with the emotional and physical aspect of relocation and/or “aging in place”. The National Association of Senior Move Managers (NASMM) members are reviewed for insurance and experience prior to acceptance. They participate in ongoing educational programs that reflect their commitment to professionalism and to working with older adults. NASMM members adhere to a Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. Services are client centered and personalized to meet their client’s needs. They develop and overall move plan, organize, sort and downsize items for the move, make customized floor plans, oversee movers, organize all services associated with a move and can even prepare the home for sale.
